The 90 Day Challenge Guidelines
1. ENROLL IN THE CHALLENGE
To enroll, fill out our ONLINE FORM or email us at sales@corebalanceus.com with:
- Your Name.
- Horse(s) Names (Submit one form per horse)
- Initial photos: Left side, right side, front view and rear view.
2. FEED CORE COMPLETE DAILY FOR 90 DAYS
Use either:
- Three (3) 12 lb containers (36-day supply each).
- One (1) 33 lb container (100-day supply).
3. SUBMIT MONTHLY PROGRESS PHOTOS AND PROGRESS REPORTS
Photos:
- Send four photos before you start the challenge, and then at 30, 60, and 90 days:
- Photos of horse from both sides, from the back, and from the front.
- Take photos with horse standing square on level ground at the same angle in the
- same location.
Progress Reports:
Fill out the Progress Report before you start the challenge, and at 30, 60 and 90 days (the Progress Report form will be emailed to you upon enrollment).
4. REQUEST A REFUND IF NO IMPROVEMENT
If your horse’s condition hasn’t improved after 90 days, email us final photos and the final Progress Report and a refund request. We’ll refund your product purchase.

Refund Terms:
- One horse per enrollment.
- Must submit initial and monthly photos and Progress Reports.
- Refund applies to product price only (excludes shipping).
- Valid for first-time Core Complete use on that horse.
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of completing the challenge.
